Whenever you get off the elevator The second floor reeks of urine as you walk down the hall towards the patience of bedrooms the smell of urine gets worse. I went the other day and my father smelled terrible they had not washed him up or have him to get dress when I complained about it then someone came in and said he didn't want to wash up. I feel this is something that should be mandatory for residents to be made to wash up and get dressed every day. My father said they don't come every day to get him cleaned up.
